Prices are listed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we don't store or hold any card information.
An order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in the rare case of a pricing error or stock issue.
Digital releases are delivered to your email after checkout and are yours to keep, with unlimited re-downloads. Free mixes are free to stream and download for personal listening.
All audio is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload our audio elsewhere without written permission.
If a record arrives damaged or faulty, email store [at] subdelic [dot] com within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund. Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.
Buying a record or download does not grant any licence for broadcast, sync, sampling, or public performance. For clearances — film, games, ads, compilations — contact store [at] subdelic [dot] com.
We only collect what we need to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, to send you label news. We never sell your data. You can unsubscribe or request deletion any time by emailing us.
